Maternity photos – I absolutely love love love them. They’re simple, they’re quick and easy, and they’re just beautiful. I had zero self confidence when I was pregnant, and I really regret not taking the time to take more photos. I did a few things here and there, and I really hold those sessions close to my heart. It’s just like newborns….once it passes, it passes. Whether you enjoyed being pregnant or not, you never forget the feel of your baby having hiccups in your belly, and you never forget losing sleep at night because you can’t get comfortable and when you do, you have to pee. I was not a fan of being pregnant, but I would totally go back and do it all again with more pictures if I could.
We did these photos spur of the moment, and tried out a few new spots I’d been wanting to try out. They did not disappoint. I love getting to shoot friends and being like hmm…ok, no, this works, wait, no this doesn’t. Yes, I’ve been doing this for almost 8 years professionally, but trying new things can sometimes be daunting still! Anyways, enjoy these rich tones of Fall since everything is still dead outside!
